Introducing someone to us
If you're thinking of passing our name on, thank you. Here's who we're right for, what happens to the person you send, and how to pass us on.
Who's a good fit
Owners of firms where everything comes back to them: the quotes, the bookings, who's working where, the invoices nobody has chased.
Usually a team of somewhere between five and fifty, running on a spreadsheet that's grown too big, an old system, or a lot of email. Hire firms, couriers and logistics, events and staffing, trades and field service, and small professional practices.
Not a fit: a business that runs entirely on someone else's platform, with nothing of its own to improve. If that's who you had in mind, we'll tell them so, kindly.
What happens to them
- They join the waitlist. It takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing.
- One of our systems specialists calls them, usually within a week.
- Their first session: about an hour on our sofa, a coffee, and the start of their system on the screen. No cost, no contract, no sales pitch.
If it isn't right for them, we'll say so honestly. Nobody gets chased.
Introductions come first
When someone tells us you sent them, we take that seriously, and we'll make sure you're thanked.
How to pass us on
Send them our home page, or make a link with your name on it. When they join from it, the form already knows who sent them.
Your link:

Or they can simply mention you: the waitlist form asks who introduced them.
Join the waitlist
We take on a few businesses at a time, because each team is built around one owner's world. When there's a seat, one of our systems specialists will call you, usually within a week. Joining costs nothing.
