Built for Aesthetics, a UK event staffing agency that supplies guest experience, brand representation and specialist event staff — everything from intimate VIP dinners to stadium events with 90,000+ attendees, across five UK cities. Events are managed and staffed from the same platform: staff apply and are verified through the system before they're ever booked onto an event, and booking runs across every event from there. Location-aware search helps find available, verified staff near a given venue rather than working through a list by hand.

Payroll is one of the platform's biggest pieces of work — full timesheets and payroll built in, given how many staff move through how many events, with reporting to match: staff profiles export in bulk, and a Top 500 Staff report surfaces who's actually carrying the workload. New staff can capture their own bank details straight through the system the first time, rather than that detail arriving by a separate, less secure route. Paired with a mobile app so staff can see their schedule and manage shifts from their phone — essential for a workforce that moves between venues and events rather than clocking in at one site. A long-running relationship — client since 2007 — with the platform kept current as the agency's own operations have grown to cover major venues and events across the UK.
