JLR Motorsport — Kit Ordering System

Built specifically for JLR Motorsport: partner teams order sized and branded kit across multiple racing divisions, each with permission-scoped access to their own slice of one shared dataset — nobody sees another partner's orders. Automatic PDF pick-lists and dispatch notes generate on submission, and a Master Admin can place an order directly on behalf of any partner company or staff member who needs support doing it themselves, scoped to exactly the divisions that company can see. If a recipient's saved sizes change mid-order, the system doesn't just note it quietly — the alert surfaces right in the order itself, with a clear way to mark it reviewed once it's been checked.

This is the kind of system that comes up again and again in custom work: several distinct stakeholders — JLR Motorsport's own ops team and its partner companies — each with their own permissions, sharing one dataset rather than working from separate spreadsheets.
