Design Integration designs, installs and supports AV and video-conferencing systems — boardrooms, huddle rooms, training spaces — and Insight runs the business behind that work end to end. Quotations link directly through to the Sales Orders they become, each carrying its own default terms, and a Service Calls module assigns engineers to jobs and ties them to maintenance contracts, with service reports generated from the completed call.

Stock is tracked down to minimum-level alerts and partial or reverse dispatch by quantity — useful when an install only needs part of what was ordered, or kit comes back from site — alongside Stock Loss and Unmoved Stock reports. Purchasing carries its own controls: suppliers can be placed on hold, purchase orders go out as PDFs by email, and dedicated reports flag purchase orders that exceed expected values and track average supplier fulfilment times. A task-level profitability system — margin and net total on every task — feeds a sales-personnel bonus scheme directly from the numbers already in the system, and a file repository keeps project documents attached to the job they belong to rather than scattered across email.
