QBC's print and design production run on Insight — jobs, outsourced supplier work, and invoicing that generates straight off a completed job rather than being written up separately.
QBC Agency produces print and design work for a client base that leans heavily on nightclubs, and runs that production through Insight. Jobs move through the system as Projects and External Jobs, each tracked to completion — and when a print task completes, its invoice generates directly from the job record, pulling the quoted amount and VAT/tax settings straight through rather than someone re-keying figures into a separate invoice.
Not every job stays in-house: an External Job Report tracks work farmed out to third-party suppliers, with its own type, status, due date, and supplier against each one, so outsourced print jobs are visible in the same system as everything QBC produces itself. A dedicated Customers by Postcode report gives them a client list ordered by billing postcode, on top of the day-to-day task, delivery and quoting management the rest of the platform handles — running since 2009.
